1. Scope and operator

2. Courses and enquiries

Course information helps you choose how to learn. Availability, times, prices and detailed terms are confirmed individually before a contract. A form submission does not reserve a place, create a contract or require payment. Suggested consultation times need confirmation.

The website currently takes no payments or automatic enrolments. Paid-course terms, including payment, cancellation, complaints and any applicable withdrawal rights, must be provided before a separate course contract.

3. Website use

Use requires internet access and a current browser. Forms and menus use JavaScript. Normal internet connection costs are your responsibility. Use accurate contact details and do not send unlawful content, spam or information infringing other people’s rights.

4. Copyright

Text, graphics, logos and educational materials are protected. Use beyond what the law permits requires the rights holder’s permission. These terms do not limit statutory rights or lawful exceptions.

5. Website problems

Report technical issues to info@lingo-ole.pl, describing the problem, approximate time and page address. If a form fails, contact us by email or phone.

6. Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy explains data processing; the Cookie Policy explains browser storage. Changes to these terms concern future website use and do not change existing course contracts. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
